All our caravan storage sites have been comprehensively assessed by an independent surveyor to give you peace of mind that your caravan will be stored safely.
CaSSOA are proud to work with experienced, specialist surveyors SECOM to carry out surveys on all CaSSOA accredited storage sites. As well as undertaking a wide range of risk surveys and security provision throughout the UK and Europe, SECOM keep up to date with all legislation, have the relevant required indemnity cover and are at the leading edge of new security technology.

We know how important your caravan is to you, so we take the necessary steps to ensure that our sites are upholding our standards and keeping your caravan as secure as possible.
Our experienced risk surveyors will visit each site personally to check site security (perimeter fencing, access control, exit/entry system, CCTV, alarms, fire protection) and on-site facilities. Each category will be subject to a points matrix, and the more points received in each category, the higher the award level attained.

CaSSOA offers four levels of accreditation for storage site owners; Associate Ungraded, Silver, Gold and Platinum with awards based on a number of factors including security features and on-site facilities.
Award levels are based upon points awarded for a range of security elements including CCTV, perimeter protection and alarm systems. The more points accrued, the higher the accreditation.
Accreditation is based on a mandatory survey which is required every 3- 5 years to ensure that standards are being maintained.
