From Chichester By-Pass A27 Take the B2145 Signposted Selsey After approx 7 miles when arriving in Selsey take the second left at the roundabout (Manor Road after the Asda turning) after approx 200 yards turn left into Ellis Square and the entrance to Additional Self Storage can be found approx 100 yards on the right hand side by a large high security automated sliding gate.

High security palisade fencing with protective Armco barrier, Individual hard standing numbered plots, offering sufficient space to fit wheel clamps and covers, Ultra high definition CCTV monitored security cameras with Genie Redwall alert movement detection and silent alarm activation to control station. Floodlight Lighting dusk to dawn, High security automated sliding gate access control entry and exit system, (No gates/padlocks to open and close)
Toilet and Water on site, Fire Extinguishers and Vermin control.

Pricing

Caravans, Motorhomes, trailers etc... Up to 20' in length (6.1m) Annual storage is £755.00, caravans/ vehicles longer than this carry a surcharge of an Additional £10.00/foot.

We request that all customers pay a Security deposit of £100.00, This will be refunded in full at the end of the storage agreement when the plot has been vacated and the high security entrance tag has been returned.

CaSSOA awards four levels of security based on a number of features including CCTV, entry points, perimeter fencing and alarm systems. With a CaSSOA registered storage site, you can be confident that your caravan or motorhome will be kept safe and secure.
What does each security level mean?

CaSSOA awards four levels of security based upon the following criteria:


Associate Ungraded
The Associate Ungraded Award is our entry level accreditation. These sites will have basic facilities and will be working to improve security to achieve Silver.
Silver
The Silver Award offers enhanced security standards such as CCTV and site monitoring, in addition to perimeter protection and lockable gates.
Gold
The Gold Award demonstrates higher levels of security, with features including electronic access systems, number plate recognition and alarm systems.
Platinum
The Platinum Award is the highest level awarded to CaSSOA sites and demonstrates superior levels of security including BS Standard protection, externally monitoring systems, asset tagging and full CCTV coverage.
