This is an excellent site well located to the North of Carlisle and near the Scottish Border. There is easy access to the A69 for Hadrian’s Wall, the A595 to The Lake District, and the A74 to Scotland. To reach the site leave junction 44 and take the A7 for Longtown, after a short distance follow the signs for Cargo via an unclassified road that goes over a hump back bridge and then take the next on the left to Ghyll Bank Storage. This is a narrow lane so drive carefully.

From Junction 44 off the M6 follow A7 to Hawick. Turn Left to Rockcliffe, follow road over Hump back bridge and take left turn immediately at the bottom of the bridge.
