Situated on the A645 between Pontefract and Wakefield on the border of Sharlston and Crofton.
Leave M62 at Junction 31, head towards Wakefield/Normanton Industrial Estate A655 Featherstone. Continue straight on over roundabouts B6134 until you reach the T junction at the A645. Turn right towards Wakefield continue through Sharlston past the church and West Lane, as you reach the last house on your left there is a sharp left turn signposted Birkwood House Farm. Turn left to bottom of the lane. If you go past the Garden Centre you have gone too far!
